Paint Touch up Kits??

I saw someone posted awhile ago about one my firebird (94 white) has mad chips all over the front bumper and I want to touch it up (dont want to pay for new paint) anyone know of a good paint matching site.. (not http://www.paintscratch.com/)

NAPA sells touch up kits. They have all colors, matched from GM... I got "arctic white"
