now that the wife's car is restricted to looks after the fireball incident, she is now concentrating on looks. so, picked up some polished airlid clips

yeah, i know. they are using the mikronite machine process to do this. the mikronite process is really for strengthening parts. a by product is the polishing it does to achieve this. so, it's that process that makes it expensive. at least they'll never dull.

ive got a drememl and some mothers aluminum polish that would do the same thing.... either way its a nice touch.

I sent my airlid clips to my chromer and asked him how much to chrome them. He said b/c they were so small he wouldn't charge me since he's done alot of stuff for me! $30 for polished seems waaayyy expensive!

I didn't see anything about throttle bodies.

What if I removed all of the moving parts and sent that...

I could see doing the throttle body and the maf at the same time, bling and they'd flow better.
