How do door panals come apart? EDIT- PICS INSIDE of new panals
I have 2 days off so Im working on my INT some, and tonight I tried to tape off my door panals to repaint them and it didn't work out too good, to many complex corners and tight squeezs. I have the products that work good for this stuff, but I need to take the door panals apart, meaning I need to take the door grab off, and the vinal seperated, and the other stuff all seperate, how do you do that?

I may try to do the passangerside one without taking it apart, it was a BITCH to get apart, and now I still have to attatch the door pull. The white paint is the same as the black paint on the door pull, duplicolor vinal/plasitc paint. They say you can use it on carpet and upholstory too, as well as seats. I may try and use it on my carpeting, see how it holds up, before I spend 200 bucks on new carpet.

yea I am going to avoid taking the door panal on the otherside apart at all costs. The panal doesn't fit back together the way it used to. I might actually replace this one and start over again. I need to start with the black, THEN the white, and that will allow me too not have to dissasemble it...

Here is the write-up I followed when I took apart my door panels:

I deviated a bit though. I used 2-part LockTite plastic epoxy to re-attach the panel instead of melting/screwing anything. Just mix it up and put a blob over each cut plastic peg/mount (and keep some pressure on the panels until the epoxy hardens).

Luna gave me that link and I followed it to a T, I used hot glue to hold the panal back together, and I think I should have used something a bit better... Passangerside ( next day off lol ) is gonna get done while still together if at ALL possible. I tried it on the drivesride, but I had rushed through the masking to try and get it done before dark, and that screwd me up. I think I should do the black, then once that has hardend for atleast a hour, go back out and do the black vinal ( soft door pull ) then let that dry for a hour, then tape it all off really good with some blue tape ( got it already ) and then go to town on the white.
I also am going to repaint that white triangle peice infront of the mirror black. The white was a really ricy idea up there.
