A tip I learned is to remove the door from the hinges and leave the hinges on the car, this will help make aligning it back up a little easier

When I pulled me doors off I had to disconnect everything from inside the door and feed and fish all the connectors out the door.(PITA). I thought there would be just one or 2 big connections right inside the car that you undid but i guess not. ANd another thing it prolly wouldnt hurt to align your doors again. Unless they are perfect already but when I put my doors on i just barely would shut it and open just to the first latch. Nice and slow and if it isnt aligned right you can feel ir rub on the guide pin. So you just adjust it back and forth untill you dont feel anything at all and it shuts nice and easy. I did that with both of mine and they work great and i dont have any air noise or anything going down the road. So if you dont think they are quite you might just want to adjust them while you are in there and putting them on.

how many coneectors are there? I figured there would be one for the window motors...and a few..maybe one for each button..which would be 3? so deisconnect everything..feed it through the hole...mount up new door..feed everthing through and adjust so it fits..right?

Umm I think there are a few and you have a bunch of little clips the hold it to the inside of the door that you have to reach up in there and remove. I think there is once for the window motor, one for the mirrors, door locks and there are like 2 or 3 way on the back for the door latch and stuff and interior lights.
