there were 324 formula verts made in 97, 54 in white. Belive it or not there is (or was, i think it's been sold so I don't know if it's still around) another one in my town, which isn't very big. Plus the guy who was selling it for the owner lived down my street. Small world I guess.

Thats a great pic wish you had more from different angles though. That must have made you mad to have an exact copy in your neighborhood. O well. I like looking at cars like mine on the road but everytime I see a nbm firebird formula or TA even I get a little ticked off. It just means I have to separate myself from the pack. I have counted 1 blue firebird 1 blue formula and 5 nbm ws6s 1 blue TA and 1 blue firehawk thats a lot for a small section of central jersey. Funny thing is I started noticing them after I got my car.

Wow nice looking formula. I have a couple of questions. Where did you get the (fog?) lights? Also what style hood is that? And my last question is where did you find out all that information about your formula, I would like to find out more about mine.

lt1_man, I got the fog lights at autozone for like $15 or $20 and used this guide to help install them: http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/t...foglights.html along with a little creativity to mount them. I didn't get rectangular ones like those, mine are more oval and they really fit the space well and look factory.
I got the production numbers here: http://www.thepontiactransampage.com/production.html and emailed pontiac historical services and they verified the number. As far as the color break down, I followed a link to get that a while back and I can't find it anymore. I should have saved it because it had a break down of auto vs manual and some other things.
The hood is a warbird by usexoticsltd. I don't think he makes them anymore but there are other places now that make the same style hood.
