The rear rims need to be tucked in about 3 feet less than they are now.

Other than the rear wheels the car is off to a very good start. You can buy a whole LS1/t56/auto drivetrain for around $2500 if you look. And you can offset some of the additional costs with the sale of your current engine/tranny.

I think the offset looks nasty. (in a good way.) Gives the car personality, an inch less would be good to though.

You can re-use the radiator if it's the same as the LT1, The ac compressor and hard lines that run to it will be different though. On the LS1 the ac compressor is bolted directly to the block with a partial bracket.

You'll need (and a lot of this would come with the donor engine if it's from a wreck:
computer and harness
motor mounts
transmission crossmember
driveshaft
shifter
lower air box/lid
power steering hard lines
hoses from the water pump to the heater core
exhaust manifolds/y-pipe
possible radiator
ac stuff... or it would be so easy to do the ac at a later date
and last but not least... a 150 mph speedometer!!!

I'm sure there are details I'm missing, but those are the big things that come to mind.
