Default Blending shock towers?

I want to try this, using jbweld and then sanding it down, skimming it with filler then re-painting my inner fenders, once I do the ! wire and ! latch wire mod, along with re-locating my power steering resivour ( anyone ever done that?) just to smooth it out, right now it looks crappy... Anyone think this is do-able?

theres what im talking about

I did mine. Fiberglassed over the holes then smoothed out with glazing putty.
Primered and painted flat black to match the existing black. Looks great.

Got any pics? Sounds like a cool idea if I'm understanding it right.
