Some may argue that this one is overdone. Ever hear the quote 'less is more?'

Pretty good point.

That engine bay is filthy! But seriously, you should get a new windshield washer bottle, it's dirty.

Ohh haha sorry guys havent been on here in awhile. Its not my car! Its a pic from a car show. I thought it looked good but the TB and the fact the batttery cover was one of the LAST OF THE BREED things. And its like a 1997. But the interior on this car was white with fiberglass and fiberglass stereo and it was convertible with a white top. I didnt like anything except the engine bay. But hes put alot of time and money into it so I give props.

I prefer the 'less is more' approach, and the 'clean' look of my engine bay.

My engine bay is not yet finished, but should by within a few months.

I'm in agreement with Luckyou03: I'm way more impressed with a car who's looks I couldn't duplicate myself by simply opening up a catalog and whipping out my credit card.

It isn't even that he's used too much chrome, it's the fact that he's got too many other colors in the mix to properly contrast it. One color is plenty: I see at least four. All that input confuses the brain and makes the pics hard to look at. He'd be miles ahead if he just worked on making every non-chrome surface one solid color.

I would love to have a shiny engine bay like that, but it would be a pain in the butt to polish it.

a lot of work. a lot of detail. just way too much stuff happening under there. i prefer to hide everything. wires, pcm ,junction blocks, fuse boxes. that way when you pop the hood all you see is a extremely clean engine bay and a clean motor. nothing else
