I'm glad you posted photos! I'm not a sponsor yet so if you have questions please pm. But to stop my mail box from being flooded the covers cost $280 and you choose the color. ~Joshua

p.s.- Thanks for the business Nasty Hawk.

does this fit right over the existing intake? like, a direct bolt on? any modification needed? Cause mine is all stock, so if I bought this, could I put it on myself without having to unplug and take stuff off?

It bolts right on. You just undo 4 bolts holding the fuel rail to the manifold, lift the fuel rail straight up (with the injectors still attached), slip the cover on top of the manifold under the fuel rail that's been lifted up, and lay the fuel rail back down. The cover is secured with the same four bolts that hold down the fuel rail.

If you can change spark plugs, you can install this cover.

It's a carbon fiber shell that's made in a mold. It lays over the stock intake and fits like a glove.

Notice the 4 bolts I was referring to that secures it to the intake mainfold?

Looks like a nice piece.

Are you still working on one that does not have the TB cover?

Yeah, I've still got the cover waiting to be cut.

I've done some other fab work, but I don't have an LS1/6 intake to lay the cover down on to get the proper cut/measurements to give back to the guy. I have a Weiand manifold so it can't be used for the measurements.

Plus installing this twin turbo kit has taken up a bit of my time. I plan to have some buddies over this weekend and I'll borrow one of their cars to do the fab work. The mold would take a couple weeks after that to have an item for the market.
