I pulled into the parking lot and I seen him and I said 'son of a bithch'. I thought he would be a ***** and get me for the loud exhaust which can be seen and heard here...

not having a front plate, tint, no cats, me not having my drivers license on me and insurance card. I was going to turn around and leave, but I decided to play it cool and thought maybe he would'nt be a dick. I was there for about an hour and not once did the car move. I started my car about 10 times to move it, and it gets really loud in the parking structure and it echo's like none other.
