17 yr old needs help!
In NY getting pulled over once if you have your junior license (till youre 18), you lose your licence till youre 21.
You also dont have hundreds of dollars to blow away on tickets as well.
Thats what being 17 has to do with it.

I've got 5% all the way around and run around 85% of the time with my cutout open and live in a city of about 45k people and I have never been bothered. Hell I had a cop pull up next to me one time with all the above stated going on, he gave me the roll down the window signal and said "hey man nice car." Of course I do live in KY.

Ive always had dark tinted (20% or darker) and have never even had them questioned by a cop... im 25 and been driving since 15/16 so I guess either the cops around here dont care, or I'm lucky. Its really hot down here most of the time and just about everyone has illegal tint so it may just be the area I'm in.
They'll prolly not pull you over for that stuff, but if you get pulled over for something let say speeding or running stop sign, then They'll prolly ticket you for them. I get cops looking at me all the time and i have no Front license plate but they've never pulled me over.

im 17 and got pulled over for "excessive acceleration" about a month ago. i also have tint and no front plate but he didnt ticket me for them. just got to pray that the lawyer will get it off my record or ill be screwed on insurance

I never heard of them taking your liscense till your 21, if anything you'd lose it for like 6 months, I only heard of losing it till your 21 if you get a dui/dwi.
