i entertained myself for 3 min
i entertained myself for 3 min trying to find out what this switch is for. its on the right side of the steering column between the radio and the column. i was sitting there flipping it for 3 damn minutes trying to see if it turned something on or not. its a horozontal switch.
is it ASR?

It was put there so people like you would waste three minutes of their life trying to figure out what the hell it does: when it doesn't do anything at all

its not a kill switch for sure... its a factory switch with a square and squiggly lines in it. thats why i thought/think its TC/ASR.

Here's how you test it:
1. Find the connection on the back glass (should have a single wire going to it)
2. Unplug it and put a paper clip into the connector and make sure it is a tight fit
3. While holding the paper clip have someone else hit the switch and if it zaps your *** then you know if your rear defogger works
