anyone seen this limited edition of the firebird???

the german guy swears it is a limited edition of 500 pieces made......do you guys know this edition ....as I believe its just glued on body kit...and he is trying to sell the whole package ...or does this car realy exists???

looks like a really badly put together car. the hood isnt even fully fiberglass. it looks like the stock hood with a glue on version of the ws6 ram air hood for that year... not to mention the crappy paint job... i say its a fake and the dudes just tryin to get some extra money

could be a dealer package, especially being an exported vehicle. any way you slice it - it's ugly as all hell.

It may be a badly done kit, but those tail lights are definately not normal. I have seen those lights once before on ebay.

The Pro Am package was done by some aftermarket company in Tennessee I think. I know someone who had an 88 Pro Am and there is a 91-92 for sale down the road from my house. I've also seen one of those Pro Am III's (that's the 4th gen version like that) a little while back.
So basically I think the Pro Am package was just exterior and some interior stuff like woodgrain and such which may not have been done on all of them, not sure. And that's how they did the hoods.

Ive seen one with "Pro Am III" ground effects and the rest of the car was red, Its in a local junkyard around here, the front is totaled. mabye it deserved it

Pontiac didnt build it, but some 3rd party did. Forgot their name, but as mentioned they were out os some southern state.

From what I recall, its only an appearance package that adds weight to the vehicles and I believe was an upgrade for V6'ers.

those things are all over central florida for some reason haha. nothing but a v6 with an ugly appearance package. even if it had an LT1 or LS1 i wouldnt buy it
