You can buy tint adhesive solvent almost anywhere. Check at Walmart near the tint.

.....you have white wheels?

Use a heat gun on the tint, or failing that, a hairdryer (takes longer) or hot water.

Assuming the wheels are aluminum, strip the paint off and polish them, i'm in the middle of doing two sets (1 set for the Camaro, and 1 set for the Firebird), one word of warning though, it's DAMN HARD WORK!!!.

White rims only came on 94 T/A's for the 25th Anniversary. That may be why their not cleaning up it may be old paint or just a bad paint job on the wheels themselves.

Be really careful taking off the tint. You can easily damage the rear window degogger lines. One little cut or slice and the defogger won't work.

I always use Eagle One All Wheel and Tire Cleaner on painted wheels. Spray on, let soak for 60 seconds, scrub with a tire brush, then rinse. Really brightens up the wheels.

If they have been painted by someone before you owned the car, I wouldn't recommend the Eagle One, just re-paint them....
