Default bought a new grill

whats the best way to remove the old grill without ruining it???

ummm

well if you really dont want to hirt it you kinda have to take off your front bumper and remove the plastic things holding it on from the back....

once you realize that is a big pita....pull the side out...than tug on the bottom untill it pops out...you will hear some things falling....its ok its just the clips on the bottom pieces...

than grab and pull to get the top 2 out....i had to pull really hard but it came off!

Thats exactly what I did. I owuldnt worry about saving the old grille.

just carefully yank it out without bending it anywhere. There are just press-on clips on the back that will fall off.

I would save the old grille if it is damaged, you can sell it for like $30

I took the bumper off. It wasn't that bad and allowed me to do some grille inserts in teh holes.

Larry just take the front fascia off its not that hard I did it by myself in about an hour an a half. There a quite a few nuts holding the fasica.

If you don't want to trash anything. Get a long screwdriver and wrap some tape over it(to prevent scratching you paint), and pry the clips off.
