Default Rattle can paint results on small interior piece!!!

After listening to some advice from some people, I am painting some extra interior pieces that I have lying around. I am doing the top part of a center console and some other small parts but don't have much time so progress is slow. I was impressed at how well this turned out, coming from a spray can.

I'll be working on the rest this weekend and I'll see how it turns out.

you can achieve a nice shine with rattle cans if you prep and dont get drips. Looks like you got it right.

Looks good man! It took me a long time to get it right. For the larger pieces, just make sure you use a good primer and get it sanded nice and smooth. What brand/type of primer/paint/clear are you using?

All duplicolor stuff and a duplicolor high fill primer. Thanks for the comments, I am working on the rest of a center console top today.

I liked the duplicolor high build, if it doesn't build up enough on your console top try rust-oleum automotive primer. That's what I ended up using and I only needed 2 coats to fill in 60grit sandpaper marks. Throw up some pics when you get it done.

I'll try to get some finished pictures up tomorrow. I laid the adhesion promoter, primer, sanded, and laid down color tonight. I'll probably sand now and hopefully will lay clear on tomorrow. Thanks for the comments.
