Question help w/ water spots

I was wondering if there is a way to get the sprinkler water spots off a car?? The water spots are pretty bad, I’ve tried washing, scrubbing… can’t get them off. If they’re a way to get rid of them without taking it to a detail shop please let me know. Thanks

Sometimes clay bars will help get them out.

Water/vin works too.
