OK well I had a member on this forum do a photochop for me. He did zr1 rims painted black with a polished lip and 1inch drop. After seeing the pictures I really like the look just trying to get other peoples opinions. Also what else can I do with the black and silver theme.
-Thanks Brandon

damn, I'm not much on LT1s but silver, lowered, and nice wheels go a long way.

looks really good.

the only thing I'd do to that car, would be along the lines of what you said - continuing with the silver/black theme: and that is to blackout the front DRL and rear side marker lights. Also, 98+ taillights if you don't already have them.

After looking at that picture I think I will go ahead and do the rims. Sould I paint them with spraypaint after sanding and preping them? Then clear coat it. I was thinking about dulpi color but if anyone has any other suggestions throw them out there. I would like them to have that gloss like the ones in the picture.

11s out back with some 315s. It looks good. Throw on an LT1 WS6 hood and smoke some lights out and its skr8

Wheels look good, I concur w/ the '98+ taillights and throw on a ram-air hood and you'll be set. I love the LT1 ram air hoods on firebirds...you don't see very many of them.

Car looks great. Some ground effects would make car look alot lower. I agree get the 12 in. wide wheels for the rear.

I dont know about adding ground effects on it but I will be vht the side markers and painting a polishing the rims. Should I just use gloss black dulpi color engine paint, wet sand between coats and then use spray on clear? Does this sound like a good setup. I will scuff up the paint first and lay down some primer before the black.
