Looking for pics of Black WS6's
Well my freind is thinking about getting a black WS6 and i was wanting to show him some pictures of black WS6's with siver blackbird stripes and some aftermarket wheels. I used the search and couldnt find a black WS6 with silver blackbird stripes. If you have any please post them. Trying to convince him to jump in a ls1 instead of a BMW.
Thanks
Thanks

there's one guy on here with a black t/a with silver blackbird stripes and TT2s... dunno his screenname though
why should he not get the BMW? unless it's an older one with a bunch of miles on it...?
besides, if he's looking to BMW, I doubt a Pontiac will tickle his fancy. 2 completely different machines, in every way...

Funny you mention that. I'm a BMW tech but drive one of each. I love my TA, but it's in a totally different realm. The ride, the interior, the noise. All things that in comparison, well the TA isn't even on the chart. The interior is cheap, it rides like ****, and it rattles along it's way. BUT, it's fun as hell to drive, and all those attributes make it "fun" to drive.
BMWs are the ****, they do everything well. One of the best driving cars you can buy, enough said.
I've done everything I can do to my TA to get it to handle right. They are ok from the factory, but right now I've got it dialed in about as good as it's going to get on the street. FUN CAR TO DRIVE, not exactly the best daily driver...
Theres a bunch more in the pictures link in my sig. Have him drive both before he decides. Make sure he can afford the maintenance of the BMW as well. The 3 series cars are reliable, but when they break it does cost some dough $$$.

BB stripes are painted on and cleared over all so there is no perceptible paint lines. Had them done when I got the hood repainted - used to be vinyl way back when.

Well heres the deal. We are both 15 yrs old. He has a chance to get a 2001 BMW 540i(link below). But my brother had a 2001 Camaro SS that he has sold recently and he really liked it. He knows that i will get a camaro with out a doubt so he would like something that would compete with it but i found this BMW and he likes it but he doesnt know about the payments. His parents are gonna make him pay the first 6 months of payments.

A 16 y/o kid in a 540 haha. That's cool I guess, a lot of car though. They aren't very fast, but it's a heavy car, and very easy to fool around in. I can see a bunch of kids in that thing being a problem.
Lots of maintenance, and it's pretty damned hard to find one in respectable condition. Most the ones we see are already pretty well beat at 50k/60k.
At $17k, that is probably one of the more beat ones. Make sure you don't find one thats been hit before...
