I for one think they would look cool, now if it had some dumb *** light up flames on it then i would start to wave the rice flag.

I dont know of anyone who has used it but i have seen a few picks of it installed and it looked pretty good, cant remeber where i saw them though.

I don't really like the looks of it, but since it is a full overlay and not a sticker, it should work pretty well.

Just realize you have to deal with recalibrating the needles.

Guys give the rice comment a break. He likes Korn and is much cooler than any of us could ever be. He probably has a barbwire tatoo and looks like a backup dancer.

I like the guage overlay and I think I have seen it on someone's car on this site. You might get lucky and find it if you run a search, I THINK it is working again.

i didnt know if gauges from different manufacturers differed on their install. in other words, maybe some overlays require needle removal and others may not...

ehhhh. well if YOU like them go for it. its all about what YOU think not what WE think. but since you asked us all. im sorry but I just cant ******* stand white faced guages and other things like that. Its just not me, the only aftermarket guages id ever go for is the GMS 200 mph in black. the whole white thee and blue guages is just so over used

i havent used that particular one. i had an old set that the WHOLE guage cluster glowed, even between guages. went out after a year and a half. be prepared for that at least. i put mine on without removing needles, and it was a sheet the size of the whole cluster.

are they 'over used' ONLINE or have you actually seen a lot of people in real life use them? i have noticed there's a difference. seems like everyone online has TT2's but i almost never see them in real life...

as for the gms 200 mph conversion, isnt that only for certain years (99-02)? im talking about an inexpensive overlay...you're talking about a complete conversion thats $250+...

The 200mph guages, which is a speed 99% of EVERYONE who buys them will never do, is not rice but the indigo guages, which only look good and don't claim something that it isn't or cannot do, is rice. Ha, ya right.

Ask everyone who bought the 200mph gauges why they got them. It is not "because I often go faster than 155mph and I just want to make sure how fast I am really going". It is, "because I like the way it looks and want people to say, 'Woah, your car can go 200mph'. That is like calling a chrome or carbon fiber Z28 badge rice when you drive a Z28 with SS badges.

I am not knocking the 200mph gauges, I like them. In fact, I like a lot of styling cues that the import guys use. But you people who are so quick to call "rice" on things you do not like, do not tell me running a 200mph gauge in a car you will never take over 155mph more than 5 times is any different than a high school kid running a 10,000rpm tachometer the size of Neptune in his 1988 Honda Civic. Because it isn't.
