the old man thinks this is just another truck but this is the the most rust free truck we have ever painted and it was used on a ranch in montanna for 39 years, many dents ,tool boxes cut into side of box,no appreciation for a 40 yr old awesome truck

Hey guys.... Was not trying to be rude.. But at the same time I wouldn't expect anyone to jump up and down if I posted my pics on a truck forum

Growing up, my dad had a '72 long bed with a 307 and 3 on the tree, lol. It was hugger orange with a white top. I remember him always having to pull over and adjust the linkage under the hood b/c he had a hard time shifting to 2nd gear. Man, I loved that truck.

My uncle has a hugger orange with white top 4x4 72 Chevy. It was orginally a 3 speed 6 cylinder farm truck(it had farm truck spray painted on the tailgate so the previouse owner didn't have to get a plate). It was amazingly straight, but did have some rust on the door jambs and fenders. He fixed all the rust, and its in primer right now with a 355ci V8 and a 700R4. Its pretty quick and does the most wicked burnouts I've ever seen.
