Great looking hood!! I was trying to decide what hood to put on my 02 Z-28.
The SS hood loses, Sunoco wins. Thanks particularly for the shots from inside the car. I had a Harwood cowl hood that provided lots of visual interference. Looks like your hood is reasonably easy to see over and around.

Did you install it yourself and if so how dificult was it to do, and also how much did it cost to get it painted, I am looking at this hood right now because I just got into a small fneder bender and would like this to replace my stocker hood.

i love the hood.... really sets off the car.
i would just like to say, i really like the way you mounted your front plate. forget putting a grill on there, i think that looks excellent. no point in taking it off if its gonna get you in trouble, especially since that looks great the way it is. thats my opinion but to each their own. as seen in this thread my opinion seems to be unpopular.
in any event, keep up the good work!

Total cost on the prep/paint was about $450.00 tax included.

Looks geat XtinctZ28! I really want one of those hoods now , but i would barley be able to afford the hood alone. Yeah i have the same front plate laws here in va.
