Yeah, I don't think that would work out very well.

Same question in a thread with more opinions and a picture to help you decide. I say it's ugly/unfinished.

If you made it so the exhaust pipes didn't show it wuldn't look near as bad. But if you have the eBay tips I think it looks really ugly because you see all the piping going back.
Just my opinon.

If you want to buy the SLP CME shoot me an email. I have a couple brand new, never painted or installed ones left.

well i was thinking about getting one solid piece bent up to the tips and polishing it out or painting it black all they way to the tips, so only one piece on each side with no seams

Gotta have the valence. It looks goofy without it.

Would you run the CME valence w/out the tips? Probably not. Because it would look like ****...so no, don't run the tips w/out the valence.

Why don't you have the valence blended in to the bumper? It looks 100 times better & will only run ya a couple hundred bucks to have it done.

I can't answer for him, but im pretty sure he custom made those tips. I think I remember him posting up a while back with the pics and details about him making the tips and doing all the welding and stuff.

That is beautiful. That is the only exhaust setup I would ever go with besides my Corsa. Having that blended is the ONLY way to go.
