!side molding and decals
i've done this on 3 cars now, and i have found the easiest way to take the thick adhesive off, and it doesn't involve hurting your thumb:
use the smaller molding piece (shaped like an arrow) to scrape it off in an UPWARD motion, not sideways.
use the flatter side to get most of it and you can use the pointy side for the really tough spots. trust me; this is much easier than using your fingers, and best of all, there's no pain... and no, it won't scratch your car if you know what you're doing.
Goo Gone will take care of the remaining light adhesive residue.

lighter fluid probably gonna sound silly but what works really well for me on gettin that adhesive **** off when i take off old emblems at work doin details:
RONSONOL lighter fluid
will not hurt the paint or the clear coat. after u get the thicker part of the tape off, just squirt a little on the area, then take a terry cloth towel and rub it till it comes off, ull prob have to keep addin fluid since it evaporates, but for 2.49 a bottle of this stuff and a terry cloth towel, leaves the best look for me and dont take that long
