paint opinions
well guys, four years of non-garaging, cheap car washes (or lack thereof), high school and college parking, daily driving (most of the 4 years), and other miscellaneous abuse has taken its toll on my car. my car has been keyed, egged, curbed, hit in 4 different places, and has seen pretty much every element these NY/NJ roads can throw at it.
this winter, my car will be tucked away for a heads/cam swap. i also have new suspension and some nice wheels goin on the car, and i dont want my garbage exterior to ruin it. so the car will for its first time see a body shop.
my question is: do you guys think i should go ahead and paint the whole car, or just repair the current damage? i'm not the pickiest person in the world, but i can spot a repaint from a mile away. has anyone ever done this and had bad experience? what do you guys think?

sorry... sebring silver metallic.
also forgot to mention that i will probably also be getting a SS hood. so the car will definately need paint on the hood, bumper, passenger fender, and the passenger door.

dont paint it a different color
and do all the prep work yourself
anyone can spray, but the prep is what makes a good paint job. you will also save lots of money doing your own prep

i cant do prep work man. i did the prep work on my friends chevelle and it was way too time consuming for me. i just wanna drop it off and pick it up.
i was thinking maybe a different shade of silver if anything, or just add some flake to it.
