I have never really detailed my car beyond a simple wash/wax and im wondering what the appropriate steps to do are. Ill probably be using all meguairs stuff seeing as img oing to be doing this tomorrow and meguairs is the only product i have immediate access to (advanced auto). Can anyone tell me recommendations on which product to get? I have their tech wax and claybar kit and polish kit so far... Can anyone confirm that i am right on the order of steps to detail my car?

You might consider washing again after the clay. You will get rid of all the lubricant suds and any little clay bits that may have broken off.

ok, ya thats what I had thought, but then i saw these other posts that didnt mention a wash after the clay... so i figured id ask. Thanks alot.
