Default Painted LS7 Intake

Just put it back together after installing a Katech camshaft. Took the time to paint the intake - I will NEVER do that job again! House of Kolor midnite blue pearl metallic.

Thanks for the feedback! The chassis is an SRIII motorsports tube frame. The front suspension is C5 Corvette, rear is ZR1. Bear 6 pistons all around, Viper T56. Big Stuff EFI to get the LS7 to run (sweet software by the way). We also put a Katech camshaft in to get us to 600 HP. I am trying to convince the owner to get the Katech valve covers but no dice yet.

This is for is a '66 Corvette convertible. I do not own the car - I am building it for someone. The project including the original car has cost around $120,000 and it shows in the frame shots because this customer spared no expense! The LS7 alone added $20,000 to the cost by the time you include the dry sump set up, Big Stuff, special fuel system, upgrtaded transmission etc.

Badass! Please show more pics of the project as it progresses. Will those be posted in the conversion forum?

FRCs don't go along with it very well. Might think about painting them silver or something. Intake looks gread though.

I'd just ditch the fuel rail covers all together and show off that awesome intake!!! Maybe just paint the valve covers...
