Default Another headlight/brights question...

Well i went ahead and put silverstar H7 bulbs in my formula for the headlights Now i have a bright out and the brights just look like ******* compared to the other silverstar bulbs. My question was what bulb could i get to replace the brights? i want it to be brighter than the H7 but also the same color.. I think i would need a higher watt bulb for it correct? im not a geniouse but also no i dont want the HID I dont have that kind of money..

I know a place that sells 100w H7 "HID-look" bulbs for $3.50/each. I'd post a link, but I'd get chewed out. PM if you want the link. This place also carries yellow ion, blue ion, any LED-replacement bulb, etc. If you need a bulb for anything, this is the place to get it. good customer care too.

Its all in the link I posted. Also, if you are making a low beam conversion unit, use the 4703 low beam bulb. The high beam bulb will produce an incorrect beam pattern for low beam use producing glare to on-coming traffic.

I just checked up on the price of the Euro Lamps and Hella units (from Rally Lights).

http://eurolamps.com/eurolamps/sealedbeams.htm
http://www.rallylights.com/hella/headlamps.asp

The Euro Lamps units are $156+ plus shipping for a pair and I dont like the blue tinted bulbs. The Hella units (from Rally Lights) are $203 plus shipping for a pair.

The HID kit from www.ledgauges is only $47 more than the Hella housings. If Im going to spend ~$200 on a non-HID headlight upgrade, I'm getting projectors.
