Default Whistler Mod ?

I did this to my headlights the other day and now my lenses are all hazed up. It looks like it is all in the inside of the lens though so I am guessing I have to take them apart again. Am I correct? And what would have caused this so I can avoid it again?

Take them apart, clean the inside and put them back together...make sure you seal them up tight.

You paint your headlights so they are not silver.

You can also drill holes in the bottom to let the moisture evaporate

what two holes? Here's what happened to my halos:

You can't see the holes in the picture, but I drilled three 1/8" holes at the very bottom for the water to seap out. I then took a hairdryer to it to make it evaporate a little quicker. Result:

I did the same thing only I bought a set of old yellowed ones here for 60 bucks for the pair. I sepnt about 8 hours doing these but could have gotten them perfect with a little more time. I still have the ones I took off. I plan on doing those up better but I just never seem to get around to it...

There are two holes in the factory headlights. I would think that these would be there for the same reason, but I will try what you said and see if that works.

Yeah, drill holes in them or take them back apart and make sure you get as much of the old sealer out of them. Then reseal.

It sure looks like it is on the inside to me, and when it is rainy or snowing out the haze goes away, so I am thinking that I didn't get a good enough seal and so the are holding mositure in them. And I will get some pictures when I have a chance I borrowed my camera to a friend for a wedding and still have not gotten it back, but when I do I will get some pics.
