I wish my red firebird looked like yours

I always get crappy shots and my pictures look pinkish rather than a deep red like yours

Dude look at this old pic of the rear of my car (before i got my new tips)

Whats wrong? Your car is so deep red and your tail lights are deep black and my car looks pink in camparison as my taillights look dull as well

What do you recommend josh? Or is it just the camera

^^ well i recomend you get photoshop

~i kinda went a little extreme with the color volumes but you get the idea
~a quality camera is always a plus and the time of day pics are taken play a huge role as well.
~AND it doesnt hurt to have a FLAWLESS paintjob like Jsh here lol

Are you suggesting Photoshop has more to do with those beautiful photographs? It's a beautiful car but a little tweaking with Photoshop never hurts. I tweak mine all the time.

TUMBLRws6, I think your red was a little off:

Thanks everyone. And I agree, I absolutely love #4 and I usually dont even like pics of my car.

My paint is FAR from flawless, and the car has waterspots and dirt all over it (no high res, it REALLY shows off the dirt on these ). The car has 125,000 miles on it. Needs an entirely new repaint.

The black fill-ins aren't my style. I prefer to keep it kind of clean and sleek looking and thats too busy for my tastes. Thats just me though.

As for the color of the pics, it does have something to do with the camera, but you can get good pictures out of a point and shoot too, you just have to know what you're doing. As for picture editing the only thing I do is adjust levels in some cases (no individual color editing) and resize and border the pics. I dont even have photoshop, just a very simple editing program.

Looks great! Is that just a shadow between the driver light and bumper or is there a gap? Your car looks awesome for 125k on it!
