Does anyone know where I can get my 18 inch American Racing Rebel rims powder coated black and the lip re-chromed that is near Indiana?? My rims have a few curb scraches and on the lip there are like stains in a yellowish color that wont come off..

Is there a way that I could repair the lip myself and then just take it to get powder coated and save myself some money?
