yet another vote for pewter. My truck was pewter and it took a lot for it to really look dirty. A lot of times you couldn't tell how dirty it really was until it was washed. Good low maintenance color overall and looks good at the same time.

I didn't like pewter before, but now it seems a little more mature than some of the other colors. Plus it doesn't never shows dirt.

My SOM Z28 hides the dirt decently but then again that will only work if it rains, but in the state of colorado and its upredictible blizzards that can occur the car can quickly turn brown!

I have Pewter now on my firebird definitely hides dirt very well! On the other end of the spectrum my Grand Am is black. NEVER BUYING A BLACK CAR AGAIN! I wash it drive it out of the driveway the next day its dirty again.

Nobody has mentioned white. Unless you are driving in mud, it doesn't look as dirty as a red, blue, or black and you can stay low key. Silver is good as well. I don't think pewter looks all that great unless you have Z'mnypit or Raise's car. I think Z'mnypit has a custom paint job though.

are you asking best color for DD, or best color to hide dirt? They are two different things. Black is the best looking color (of course) but the ugly pewter would hide dirt, or silver or white.

Best color at hiding dirt is pewter, my car never looks dirty (except for the windows and sail panel)

+1 for pewter
