Z28 eblems on an SS?!?!
j/k. I think you should just find a nicer looking 'SS' badge rather swapping with a Z/28 badge. Theres a certain prestige to owning an SS or WS6 IMO... even though they are the same cars as the Z/28s and TA/Formulas. What if you just left the SS badge on the sides and put a Z/28 badge on the rear so you have the best of both worlds?
Because the jaggoffs on here would call me a ricer hahaha
I wasnt planning on swapping any badges anyways. I dont think it would be a big deal if someone did. I do think that SS badges on a Z is wrong tho. It was just a question...what else do you have to do besides vote in my pole
Oh....oh....we got a tough guy!

Anyways, to shed a little LOGIC as opposed to opinion on this topic...
Originally when SLP had their "press vehicle" for the 1996 SS debut the badges on the side of the car actually said "Z28SS"... You can still see this in some archived photos...
Even though the production cars' badging on the EXTERIOR simply said "SS" the early (1996 cars') SS airboxes and floormats still said ""Z28SS"...
Here's ONE example:

SO, I would think that if you were to ADD Z28 badges to the SS and not just REPLACE the SS badges with the Z28 it could be an interesting, sort of factory idea...

I think you're right. There is a certain "prestige" that should go along with an SS/WS6 after all people who bought these new paid 3000 more for a hood and spoiler.
Just my opinion though..... Last edited by Mike02Z; Nov 22, 2006 at 08:52 AM.

Thank you. Plus, 4th gens were never called Super Sports, just SS.
