Well Nate. An excellent idea. If someone could package a nice plug n play HID kit at an affordable price for the birds, they'd make a nice a chunk of change. Best of luck to you. And again VIP, u rock. You're f*cking EVERYWHERE on this forum, lol. And always helpful.

That would look really nice on a clean T/A. The only thing I don't like about them is the price, haha

This thread reminds me exactly of these 4x6 projectors I was talking about a few year back. They were also the regular 4x6 and not the same 4703 size we need. They were very cheap though. I think under $120 for a pair if I remember right.

UPDATE
Sealed Beam headlamps w/ projector lens. Replaces all 4X6factory sealed beams. Priced as a pair set (2 lamps). Has a glass lens. Usesstandard H4 replacement bulbs (sold separately or you could buy them at anylocal autoparts store). [discontinued]
Damn, discontinued. They were only $70 pr. too. I didn't get a set because I didn't want to have to make them fit.

Some of those sealed beam projector units on ebay aren't really proper projector units.

Where did you see some on ebay? I just looked today to see what was available and found nothing. Not even the 4x6's that Matrix raacing used to carry.

I searched a week or two ago for "sealed beam projector" or "firebird projector" and got plenty of hits. Odd, but I just searched ebay with those criteria right before this post and found nothing. I found some sealed beam conversion units but no projectors.

I bought a set of those for ***** and giggles, just to see how well they worked. They're a joke. They have a magnifying lens rather than a projector lens. Scatters light everywhere. Paid $40 for them, so at least I didn't lose that much. They're all over ebay, not sure why you're not able to find them.

Edit: Damn, I was still thinking it's 2007. Sorry for the thread resurrection fellas.

I've only seen Silvia projectors and Hella 90mm projectors fit on those cars. Have you ruled those out?

There's no such thing as a square projector. I think an Infiniti SUv has one that's rectangular with rounded edges, but expensive and would have to be all custom fit to your car. Google pics of their suv's until you find the model and then check ebay. It's pretty rare, so good luck finding a set. qx56 maybe

If that's not it, I'll hunt it up for you.

Damn man, I've looked up and down and can't find those rectangular projectors anywhere. I swore I had some pics on my PC. Anyway, you can try Googling high end SUV, I thought is was an Infinit and see if you come across it.

Another idea is for you to take a round projector and put it in a square light assembly like below. Then it will not stand out as being round. I think this is your best bet.
