I did that for quite a while also. Although I was not a 'paying sponsor', I sold quite a few thru all the forums. They really turned out nice if I do say so myself. But they are a lot of work! And for very little profit, ...
I used a flexible bumper filler material that also worked very well when flexing the covers to get them in place.
