Side Marker Removal

Hey Yall,

I am about to black out my side markers that but for the life of me i cant figure out how to get the markers off after i unscrew them and pull on them as they are still connected through the wire. How do u go about gettin them off. Its prob real simple but I dont wanna pull any wires out and ruin them. Thanks!

Just hold the side marker in one hand and twist the plastic base with the other, the wires dont come out. You have to twist pretty hard on some, mine were really hard to get out.

Thanks! I got it right after i made the thread so all is good. Thanks for the reply though and yea it was stuck on there really good.

I will try to post pics at the end of my winter break as Im doing this as well as gettin the windows tinted 20% all the way around. I also smoothed out the markers by sanding off the DOT lettering and such.
