Cut them with dikes (metal cutters) and then pry apart with two pliers... Or just pry it apart with two pliers.

Again crappy pics, I've been working on X-mas stuff today so I couldn't take any earlier. DEMONDBIRD, at the bottom you can see the height difference, its a tiny bit higher. The problem I've found is the stock brackets have alot of holes in them, large ones, and there is only one place to drill one that is the right distance for the MRC seats. So the seats don't slide back as far because of where they are mounted on the bracket. But its plenty of room for me. Also in that picture the steering wheel is pretty low, I have plenty of clearance for my legs etc. Now let me know what you guys think!!!

EDIT: Also the front of the seat is raised up some, I like it like that.
