Chemical on TTops, how do I remove.

Chemical on TTops, how do I remove. I have some kind of chemical or heavy waterspotting, that I cannot seem to get off the TTops, I've tryed Vinegar, helped a bit, Window Cleaner, a polishing power cleaner, and the spots are all over still. Anything else I can try? Thanx for input.
