vhtin' my tails

I got 2 cans of the night shades and clear but how do i take the tails apart? i got them off the car but how does the backside of them come apart so i can paint in the inside? Thanks

sorry to ask this but i had a ta and now i have a ss so i am trying to dress it up what are you paint ing the tails light for and what with i did the front but didnt know you could do something to the rear without get blackout or something pls explain
