Sorry to bring back an old thread but I just ordered some of the MRC seats and got them today.

I'm really starting to doubt these are REAL leather even though it says on their site they are.

Are you postively sure yours are?
Great write up!

A bracket similar to Arizens but one that actually WORKS...
I had Arizens brackets and they make the seat hit the door BAD. I had e-mailed them about them knowing KANDYSS had the same problem. They said he never sent pictures so they couldn't fix it (you would think a company could fix a problem on their own test car and not rely on a customer) so if I had any problems just drill the holes out more...
Well, drilling the holes out more equated to having to move them 1/2" over so they were on the very edge of the bracket. Not so safe.
Their brackets also use just a couple of tabs of steel welded to the front for the front floor mounting positions... Doesn't seem very strong.
SO, I had a local welder redesign the bracket for me using a stronger design and proper mounting holes. Looks and works GREAT ! Plus I only paid $100 for the pair as opposed to $130
BUT, I had already paid the $130 to Arizen Oh well, live and learn .
