Default To Stripe, or not To Stripe, that is the question..
Hey guys,

Well I have this 96 black Z28 now and I think the car looks great as it sits, but I have just thrown a couple ideas together as to what I could do that is simple and would add a little personal/unique touch to the car.

I have thought about doing a metalic silver stripe along the side
my two choices being:

1. Hockey stripe
2. Sunoco Dick Harrell style stripe

Here are some quick photos I did up in Microsoft PAINT..lol

I borrowed a picture of another members car that looks similar to mine just for another angle, Hopefully he doesn't mind. If so I will remove the photos..

Let me know which you think looks best.

1. Hockey Stripe





2. Sunoco Dick Harrell Stripe (would most likely have "Z28" or "LT1" writen in it)





3. Custom Hockey/Dick Harrell Combined stripe (I made this one up myself for fun lol..)






4. Leave it as is!

NO stripe. If you must, go with the Sunoco Dick Harrell Stripe.

i'm putting my Dick Harrel Stripes on this weekend. I'd say some Charcoal Dick harrel stripes and a hood.
If you decide to do the hockey sticks, Go with the short ones.

Keep it clean. I don't like stripes on black cars. Maybe subtle colored... but not contrasty.

leave it as is, i like stripes on most other colors, but black is so beautiful u shouldnt put anything over it...

nice car btw!

I agree w/leaving it how it is, not much of a fan for black cars w/stripes, but if anything I'd say the Sunoco one, it's different, pretty nice yet not overdone.

thanks for the opinions guys, I think I will just leave it, but if I do decide to test one of them out it will most likely be the Dick Harrell stripes.
