Default Calipers color?

What colors have you guys been successful in coloring the calipers? I know red is the most common. Any black, silver, etc?

I've seen some success where people matched the color of their caliper with the color of the car..but it only really works with dark colored cars (sorry whities )

Used hi-temp paint. Cast iron color. Smoothed out it all and painted it with decals then clear. Please ignore the tiny boring thing called a stock 16" wheel.

Orange calipers here to match the car. Used high temp paint from the auto parts store.

If all else fails, paint em red. If it wasnt for red calipers on every color Z06 I wouldnt think it would be as easy to pull off.

I'm a fan of black or silver/grey calipers, I think red is for aftermarkets that are massive, the stock ones are too dinky.
