Great find. Where are you located in MI? Not too many other Hugger Orange cars around. Mine is out cruising during the warmer months. Hope to see ya around!

$8k. Give me a break! What are you not telling us? I bet you had to sign over your soul or first born son. Ha ha. She wanted a measly $8.5k, and you had ***** enough to ask her to go lower. That is crazy. You are heartless. Nice job.

I am located in South Lyon Michigan so you are not too far and as far as asking lower I know she would take it because she was ghost bidded it 2 times in a row and it was killing the auction. Also you're right I wasent telling you that the driver's side window motor was not working when I bought the car. 20.00 Ebay special is working wonders tho.

I am glad things worked out for you. I have been keeping an eye on F-body eBay listings for a few months now. I was hoping to score on a killer deal like that. I was mostly focusing on M6’s within ~200 miles of Lansing. I slacked off for a couple of weeks, and look what happens. Aside from this being a great price on a Z28, $8k is a truly fantastic price for a newer, 300rwhp, low mileage, attractive sports car that can run 13’s stock. Good deal! Congrats!

Man I should have never clicked this thread. A couple years back when I picked up my car, I tried getting a Hugger Z28. But the guy wouldnt go down from $9500, and it had around 89,000 miles. I bought mine for a little less but it had 10,000 less miles. Anyway awsome car man, and at a killer price. A window motor isnt much of a price to pay, for getting to own a Hugger Orange car.

nice ride, I actually talked to that lady about buying it and when I talked to her she was firm on the 9k. i tried to get my old man to go in on it with me, but hes a tough sell. I'm actually glad i didnt pick it up after seeing that 2009 Hugger Convertible. I remember the engine bay picture looked pretty dirty, was it better in real life or worse? Congrats

Yep laxin you're probly talking about the same car. The engine bay had undercoating all over it because she had it undercoated. It ended up cleaning up real nice. I also had to claybar and wax everything.
