hey tumblr how about i take off my gauge bezel and send to you and have you paint it like you did yours but with silver instead of blue ..love your work man...sorry my interior is stock as a rock
When I saw tumblr's interior earlier this summer it made me want to redo mine and I am slowly working on it. My airbrush got lost when I moved out of my ex's along with the compressor and airhose....oddly enough. I finally stopped spending money on car parts and got an airbrush...just arrived yesterday but now i need the hose and compressor. After I talk to the painter today on how much it's going to cost me to get my hood flames redone and a new orange blended in I'll know if I'll have money to get those two items right now or not.
Anyway I am redoing my console right now. I did some custom work to it and its now all done with the base coat of pewter waiting to be airbrushed. Also going to change out the shifter boot which was never too close of a match to the orange. I found a place that has one that is close to Sunset Orange Metallic but it's for vettes. They're going to make a custom one for me.
Here's how my interior looked like before.

well to tell you the truth. I was kinda bugged cause of the seat being too high for me. It felt like I was drivin my truck. I put up with it for a lil bit. Then I got fit up with it. I ditched the power seating and used the universal rails. Now it sits nice and low like it should. Now I fell in love with the seats this time. I got a bony azz and the seats feel pretty comforatble. Unfortately its been snowing on and off so I havent put that much milage on the seats as far as like a 2 hr drive or something. In about a month I shall start to go out of town on it again.

. Only part I cant do is the darn door panels unless you can get your individual parts off. Mine dont come off....they are held onto whole panel with clearish pegs that are like melted over the holes on the inside
