Never seen one without.

A little off topic, but if you use the defroster with window tint, does anything happen to the tint????

nope, the defrosters would have to get really hot before it would deform the tint.

i think i gotcha beat on the weird options, '98 SS with a hardtop, cloth interior, M6, no Traction control and it "had" the auburn diff in the 10 bolt it used to have

wow thats weird. At first i thought itd be a camaro thing cause you know chevy as opposed to pontiac is the lesser quality product. But then a firebird woner or two chimed in. You knw what else is weird? camaros can have manual windows? and maybe even early birds?
Oh and when i saw the "fbody without RWD" you know what came to mind? an article i read in car and driver or road and track years ago when i was about 13 that said gm almost made the 4th gen fbod front wheel drive! thank god they didnt do that!! but they must have wanted to really bad and that means the garnd prix and others with fwd ls4's must be the bastard spawn child of that shitty idea for the fourth gens.

And i think it looks 10x cleaner without the rear window defroster and i can remember the last time i used mine. hmm...maybee ill put on a hatch without it or get new glass...but i doubt it cause that sounds like a lot of work that wouldnt be worth it

They were an option on the camaros and standard on the TA, at least the LS1 TA's.

i think i've got you beat, 2000 SS w/hardtop, cloth interior, A4, no traction control (but have button for some reason) with the auburn diff in the stock 10 bolt and no defogger.
