Default Rim Detailing Polishing Problem

So I got some rims but one of them has this white/grey spot to it.. I tried to polish it off and it seemed to some what get smaller but still there I even used the mothers polishing ball and polish.... any other ideas to get that thing out??? Thanks

telling us what kind of wheels first would be good. chrome, painted, polished, etc

its ruff racing rims.. lip is polished and inside is painted.. but I am having the problem with the lip.. thanks.

Try the mr clean magic eraser for cars. I use on the hard spots. It works great. And works great on tips.
