Are the silverstar foglights for camaro 880st or 893st??

I had 893 in my Formula's stock housings and they melted the area where the bulb mounts.

No. SilverStar are whiter, not brighter. You can go to Sylvania's sight and compare the actual lumens output of each bulb to see for yourself. The blue coating makes the light whiter, but since it is a coating, it will lessen the actual lumens output.
