Lose them. If you fix them, you say you hit things, it will keep happening anyways. The car will look a million times cleaner without them.

I think lowering the car is more important than gfx.

And if you lower it, then they will scrape even more. So I'd lose 'em.

I've always hated GFX on them UNLESS you change the front lip one. I'd never put some on my car. ~Cole~
