quick question about berger panel

Default quick question about berger panel
I want to get a flat black one for my nbm z28, but cant find where they are sold. I have found used ones, but would like a new one. Also, what is the color code for the true berger panel, is it flat or glossy. thanks for the help

From my knowledge, nobody sells them new. You have to make it yourself. I have no idea what the code is, but the panel is flat.

yea they sell the used berger panels but you have to paint them yourself. you can get them off ebay. and realy it's your opinion, you can go flat or glossy.

they're the same thing. there's no such thing as a "berger panel" you can buy... it's just the stock rear panel painted.

if you don't want to paint the one on your car, buy one off ebay and paint it or take it to have it done.

The original Bergers were a 60% gloss, the Krylon Semi gloss is about as close as you will get in a rattle can. Dont primer the panel before you paint it as primer is for filling purposes only and does nothing to help the paint adhere. Its a waisted step and acually makes for a lesser quality job due to the extra material build up, a properly prepped factory finish is all that is needed for your new finish.

that's what i meant i just drew a black of what to call it. you buy the rear panel than you paint it
