Default SS's with racing stripes INSIDE(need help deciding)

Here is the car now(halos are now gone)

We are thinking of removing the SS fill-in and putting some racing stripes on it.

At this time we are leaning towards the 35th anniversary stripes that stop on the front bumper. Here are a couple pics of that

I was thinking of those in the original 35th colors(silver/grey) but my wife stated she would rather have them in black as we sorta do have a black/white theme going.

I also like these stripes though(97 SS like). I like how these go OVER the SS scope some

Post up your pics of any stripes on SS's(preferably white) and your opinions!

Thanks

Why not do a combo of silver/black?

Do like a fade, from silver to black going towards the back for those Berger stripes (being on the rear, I dont think you have as much black showing as on the front).

Or on the 35ths, keep the stripes in a graphite/silver so it'll match your rims and headlights (assuming you havent gone to whislters, or another black housing) and make the checkered flag portions black?

Or, you could always do a combo within the stripes (accent stripe in black, everything else silver or vice versa).

But I like the Berger stripes more then the 35ths. I just like how they cover the SS hood better (esp if you dont do the crease portion around the hood. Just leave it solid)

Leave the SS scoop fill in, AND do the stripes from the second pic.

I thought about doing black stripes but after seeing it done it didn't really grab me. I'm very happy I went with HO. I also liked the front that wrapped rather than terminated before the grille but that's subjective. Regardless, the stripes really wake the car up and you'll get noticed more.

I love it the way it is, but white cars with silver stipes/accents are just plain hot. If you did go with the silver 35th stripes, the black on the checkered part would still tie in with the other black accents, as I think someone mentioned.

i say 35th's in silver all the way down the front of the bumper instead of stopping you can order them that way too. Just my idea. I've always loved silver stripes on white~Cole~

Your car looks great without the stripes!! If you did do stripes then your car would looks better with a solid black grille, just my opinion.
My vote would be to save the money and keep it the way it is. Very unique looking!!
